I worked closely with a real-estate client to automate a large portion of their lead outreach and qualification workflow using AI agents.
The solution integrates telephony via Twilio, large language models (LLMs), and a custom vector-backed knowledge base so agents can answer domain-specific questions, capture intent, and schedule follow-ups.
The backend stack is built with Node.js and TypeScript, with careful prompt engineering and streaming speech-to-text to keep conversations natural and latency low.
This project significantly reduced manual call volume while improving lead qualification consistency.
